I am really eager to begin liking Dubstep because so far no matter how much I tried i failed miserably .Except for a few close-to-mainstream or grime songs songs such as:
But I keep believing that my love for music will overcome those difficulties and bring me to love what i now consider as a recording of an airplane engine slightly vocoded. And it already started!
To continue on the DIY digital electronic label, Buo Beats is a columbian label based in Medellin and define itself as "the missing link between the south-american rainforest and the Mir spatial station", "[buo] beats works like a cooperative, believes in a fair trade with artists, in copyleft and copyright and is working as a rugby team on the mainstream music field".
Only one EP on their soundcloud account. But what an EP, the track Barcelona succeeded in mixing Rap and Latin music with dubstep, giving me an opportunity to appreciate the latter.
One of the artists of the Label is the Toulousian Dj and Producer Canalh, who gave us this great mix a few time ago.
